Broadcast on August 09, 2021
Hosted by Phyllis Anne Douglass
With Masankho K Banda

You cannot move forward if you do not look back! Masankho K Banda believes that dancing with your ancestors is the act of connecting with who you are by using ritual to look back. You dance, sing, and share stories about your ancestors that bring you closer to your essential truth and set you on your transformational journey into the future.

In This Session:

  • An understanding of the importance of constantly connecting with your ancestors
  • You can learn a great deal from looking back beyond the ancestors you know, to those as far back as seven generations
  • Music, dance, and stories intimately connect you to that which is deeply ingrained in your soul
