Sound Healing for Abolition
This sound healing will be done in the spirit of liberation in honor of Juneteenth. With crystal singing bowls, steel drums, percussion instruments, and bells, Heather Archer will pay homage to the African ancestors who have pioneered healing with sacred sound. She shows us a performance that will include a chakra activation and ancestral acknowledgment.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- Sound has the power to heal and gives us permission to rest
- Grind culture is harmful to our individual and collective wellbeing
- Sound healing is a powerful tool that disrupts grind culture
