Returning to the Healing Heartbeat

Broadcast on July 11, 2023
With Tony Redhouse
Hosted by Alec Sims

Using the ancient sounds of the voice, drum, and flute, Tony Redhouse will guide us back to our innate simplicity and beauty. In Native American tradition, these primal and true expressions of our soul allow us to create ceremony, tell our stories, and celebrate life. Tony will share the importance of allowing our heart's beat to become transparent and vulnerable, so it can soar with the freedom and joy which are our natural birthright.

In this session, you’ll discover:

  • Native American healing music meditation that demonstrates the holistic benefits of simple sound upon your mind, body, and soul
  • How family life, personal relationships, and career can set the stage for future developments that occur in your “Circle of Life”
  • The 4 human aspects of the life cycle, and how they create a personal balance that results in universal harmony
The views expressed are specific to the author/speaker and may vary from the perspectives of The Shift Network's participants, staff, or other speakers.
