Sound Healing in an AI World
Computers, the internet, social media, and AI were supposed to make our lives easier, but in fact, most people now have increased stress and anxiety. Even basic online tasks often require you to conform and communicate precisely the way the computer requests. Debate, discussion, sharing of ideas, and companionship erode as AI becomes more commonplace and we develop a desire to become more robotic. Join Wah! Devi as she explains how sound healing, with its harmonic tones, peaceful pace, and lack of structured melody can help restore our humanity.
In this session, you'll discover:
- An experiential sound healing meditation
- How sound can shift you into the “rest and digest” mode of the parasympathetic nervous system
- The immune and lymphatic systems can be boosted with sound
